This sake is always available at a local yakitori restaurant.
They also have "Sora", "Senju", and "Manju", but it's still a draft sake!
I reviewed this post and found that I was eating vinegared mackerel at that time too! It was quite a long time since I've had vinegared mackerel!
The flavor is strong and the freshness of the raw sake is a nice touch!
