Undiluted, 13% alcohol. ......! Aroma of lactic acid, typical of Yamahai. The sensation on the tongue is not stimulating, and the sweetness and umami come in easily. The aftertaste is short. It's amazingly delicious! However, it is difficult to pair because it has no unbalanced characteristics. It would go well with something with a strong flavor and something loose. Tea would be good.
