Color: More white?
Taste: Rounded sweetness and full flavor in the mouth, swallowed and cut easily. It has a presence that is not weak but not to the point of fighting, and it pulls away gracefully at the end.
It would go well with chanja, sashimi, chilled tofu with white soup, and molokyu. It is a complete sake on its own, but it is also perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. It is even better when chilled.
