Sparkling Ki.
I have had a bottle of this sparkling wine at a tavern, but to be honest, I was not that impressed with it. This time, on the liquor store's recommendation, I bought a sparkling wine suitable for summer.
Cloudy white body. The bubbles, which continue for a while after pouring into the glass, are more robust than those of other sparkling sake.
The taste has a strong rice flavor, but it is also refreshing, probably due to the gas. It also has a slight sweetness to it, making it easy to drink and enjoyable.
As is the case with sparkling sake in general, the bitterness appears when the gas is removed.
I drank it so fast that I didn't have time to take a picture of the bottle after pouring it 😅It was a tasty sake considering the attention to the secondary fermentation in the bottle 😆.
