This is one of the 🍶 brewed in small batches each time by the female toji of a small brewery with a mere 60 koku, and it is delicious warmed up 🍶.
I'm a cold sake drinker, but this time I tried it lukewarm 😆.
It has a gentle aroma with a hint of sourness, and the taste is based on umami acidity. Overall, the rice acidity is very mild 😁.
It went very well with a hot pot using dashi doraku soup stock 😋.
