Alcohol 17% or more but less than 18%. Polishing ratio 58 100% Akigeshiki produced in Kagawa Prefecture Akigeshiki seems to be rice rice, not sake rice! The color is slightly tinted, and I thought it had a storage condition, but it says "Sake pressed in early spring and stored at -5°C for a certain period of time". I heard it is called Autumn Sake 🍶. It was delicious ☆Thank you 😊.
