The sake is brewed using a mixed brewing method that uses multiple varieties of rice in order to bring out the best of the rice used. The brewer says, "The rice used is 77% Banshu Yamadanishiki. Raw material rice: 77% Banshu Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 15%.
