マグロ漁船
Sake from Nara Prefecture.
I thought I had been drinking Nara Prefecture's sake for a while, but this was my first time.
This is the third "Ryu" sake I've had, after "Kuroryu" and "Hakuryu".
They are "Black Dragon," "White Dragon," and "Long Dragon," respectively, although I feel that "long" dragons are quite common.
There is almost no aroma that rises up.
On the palate, it has a complex flavor of apricot, grain, and chocolate.
It's similar to a drink I've had somewhere before. I wonder what it is?
It's got a mild hiyaoroshi-like thickness to it.
I can feel the solid umami. It has thickness.
And bitterness.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, as if burnt.
It's a rich, umami, bitter sake.
It is like a Kinki mountain sake.
It is a sake to be drunk slowly and well.
Taste level 80 points

Good evening, Tuna Fisherman🌆
I've never heard of this drink even though I love it 😅.
A dragon that is not long can no longer be called a dragon 😁.
