It is more refreshing and sweeter than Urakasumi style, with a mellow sweetness like melon or banana 🍌.
I had the impression that it would be better with a meal, while this one would be better on its own.
It's amazing how each brewery's color comes out even though the brewery in charge of the process is the same!
