すうさん
It's called "Nakadori," a comparison of different sake rice from the middle of the tank, where it is said to be the tastiest.
It's not on the menu, but for some reason the guy at the restaurant recommended it to me, and I had no reason to say no. LOL!
I thought to myself, "Oh my God, he remembered me coming here on a business trip a year ago, and he thought I was a sake lover.... LOL {How much did I drink?)
And he is from Kanagawa University, so he is from my hometown!
And he even lives in my hometown, Iwaki, Japan!
I can only sympathize with your story from 311.
But rice tastes so different!
Here is my memorandum
Junmai Nama Shu 65
(From left to right)
Mizuho Kogane: Refreshing like wine!
Gohyaku Mangoku, mellow and quite to my liking!
Miyamanishiki, just the right amount of dryness and sweetness
Kame-no-o Fruity, slightly effervescent
Omachi Slightly dry, goes with everything
For snacks
Horse sashimi from Aizu
Tempura of jumbo nameko mushroom from Koriyama
Assorted sashimi
Finish with ray fins.
Other customers looked at me twice.
If you come to Koriyama, I really recommend this place!
You can enjoy vegetables, meat, and sake from Fukushima!
P.S.
Sorry I missed the save MLAK workshop...
#I'm a sake lover!
