It's been a long time since Ippaku Suisei
Is this the most ordinary sake in the Isshiro lineup?
At first it's as refreshing and easy to drink as water, but the balance of sharpness, bitterness and sweetness is wonderful~!
It's a modern sake but very beautiful!
I like the fact that they call it Junmai Ginjo even though it's 50% polished, because it makes me feel like they're being particular about it!
