Hida Takayama, Sake Brewery Nonbei Festival After the first half of the festival, we went to the second half. It seems that from 12:00 to 13:00, the receptionist takes a lunch break, or maybe they don't allow tastings. Since we had one hour before 12:00, we decided to visit all three at once. The fourth brewery was Niki Shuzo. It was founded in 1695, which means it was founded in the Edo period. The building was reconstructed based on the plans from the Edo period. Now for the tasting. Daiginjo-namaishu, Himuro. The first one is a daiginjo nama-shu, Himuro, and the second one is a ginjo, Tamanoi. I wonder if the Himuro is easier to drink, but from a cosmetic point of view, the Tamanoi is better. It is a difficult question, isn't it?
