When I asked for a recommendation at a restaurant in Tokyo, I was served a local sake, and I felt a connection. I went to a shrine for marriage, so maybe I got a connection with sake.
I was a little nervous for a moment because of the appearance of the ooze, but it was surprisingly refreshing! It seems spring-like to me.
It was a yakitori restaurant, but the taste did not clash with the meat.
