Alcohol content 15%, rice polishing ratio 60%. This is my first time drinking Fukuju. In the mouth, you can taste sweetness and a full-bodied rice flavor. There is also a sense of fruitiness that comes through the nose. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. I got it at a local supermarket. I was told that it is officially offered by the Nobel Prize. It seems to go well with meat dishes.
