Konnaky
It is said to be 100% Kame-no-o, junmai ginjo, but I got the impression that the acidity and sake-like taste were quite strong. When I warmed it up to lukewarm, it mellowed out and became nice. I usually don't warm good sake, but this one was more to my liking when heated. I was a bit reluctant to warm Kame-no-o, but I am happy with the result.
