The year 2023 ended with Yami Naru Akimizu. It is the auldest of the three bottles I bought at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo! 😄🍶
After the party settled down for the night, my son's wife and I started the after-party! 😅
This was my first time to try Eiko Fuji and it is delicious!
My wife also said it was delicious and we continued to drink more.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it is still a pure sake, so we are enjoying it with a strong umami flavor.
We had a delicious sake at the end of the year 😊.
