It’s arabashiri, or Sake that is the first to be pressed out. So it was a little rough a dry. A bit cloudy, you can see some sake lees floating around. Not too strong aromatic or flavor-wise, but it had a nice apple flavor. Sweet and sour kind of style. Slightly sparkling.
