New flying lran arrived immediately.
After the lid flew off, I finally noticed that it was a second fermentation sake in the bottle!
Since there is only a small amount of fermentation, it is not a sparkling sake, but rather a lightly carbonated, lightly cloudy sake!
The aroma is fruity like pear with a hint of lactic acidity.
And it smells very sweet, like syrup, but only slightly.
The taste is sweet, but not as sweet as expected.
The bitterness of the carbonation may have neutralized it.
Instead, it has a deep and well-balanced taste with sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity.
Refreshing and easy to drink
Not what I imagined, but a delicious sake with character.
I am looking forward to the next Hiran!
