I bought this gooseberry on my way home from work.
It didn't have the rumored gassy feeling at all, which was a letdown,
It is sweet and fruity, which is delicious in its own way.
It is fire-roasted, so it has a calmness to it.
After the second day, the sweetness increases, but there is also a bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
