Tonight, we are toasting with #Houraizumi Kasumizuki Junmai Nama-no-Genshu from #Sekiya Jozo in Aichi Prefecture.
It is a dry junmai sake that you can drink every day and not get tired of it.
I've had it with squid sashimi, but it seems to go well with edamame, chilled tofu, and other snacks. ☺️
When the blue bottle comes out, it is the season for summer sake.
