180 ml. 17% ABV. +1.0-2.0 SMV. Acidity 1.7. Blend of yamadanishiki and aiyama rice. Very fragrant, with earthy notes of mushrooms and honey. The high ABV doesn't really hit, as it is covered by the thick mouthful.
