Karahashi" was taken from the brewer's family name, Karahashi. A new brand of Homare Sake Brewery. Careful craftsmanship, bottle heating, and cold storage at -5°C until just before shipping. Rice used: 100% Yumenokou (produced in Fukushima Prefecture) Polishing ratio 50%.
