RoyskiI was hesitant seeing this cheap looking labele in the store, but I have never had a ginjo-shu or a sake from Shimane.
As for the sake, it was the first sake I have had that reminred me of melon. Something like a Crenshaw or Christmas melon. The body is light and leaves a slight tinge on after taste. It tastes like a nigori, but a bit lighter.
I'm glad I tried this, as it was amazing, but also Gassan is not far off my planned bike route across Japan for next year. Maybe I'll have to stop by.
