My daughter and wife got home from the hospital today, and to celebrate, I'm opening a bottle of Kaze no Mori!
The aroma is gorgeous for a Kaze no Mori! It has a hard and ripe aroma. The taste has the hard, dry, and beautiful feeling that is typical of Kaze no Mori, but it is also very sweet and gorgeous on the palate. The price is high, but it is worth it! However, if you buy it as a Kaze no Mori, you may find it a bit different. Today I'm pairing it with sashimi, and it definitely goes well with it! Thanks for the great sake!!! Congrats on your discharge!
