Lysine
Tonight we are having dinner at Uramono.
The back dish of Oita Chie Bijin
It is "Ura-Chiebijin".
It has a soft ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, the juiciness like Muscat spreads.
The aroma that goes through the nose is also beautiful, and it can be drunk smoothly.
I paired it with some fatty Spanish mackerel sashimi, and it was perfect!
It's delicious!
