My favorite Toyo Bijin.
After Sake Mirai, Hakutsuru Nishiki, and Omachi, this time it was Aizan.
They all share the same sweet and delicious taste, but they are all different and all good.
Sake Mirai stands out for its dense sweetness and sharpness.
Hakutsuru-nishiki, with the same dense sweetness and crispness as Sake Mirai, was the juiciest.
Omachi, with its sweetness and strong, dark flavor.
Compared to the other three, Aizan was the lightest in sweetness with a hint of acidity. It has a mild texture and a light aftertaste without a hint of alcohol.
