ワカ太The next in our winter light nigori series is Omine-san's Winter Otosore.
I am assuming that you all already know how delicious this is. I dare to say that it has the fresh sweetness of Muscat. The acidity is so vibrant that glasses of it go down the drain one after another.
At Rokko Snow Park, where I visited the other day, I took a picture of a tree that had become gorgeous thanks to the ice, which I guess you could call snow flowers. ❄️
