Impressions: Light! Yum! Perfect for summer! Gassy, slightly sweet, with a hint of acidity, well balanced. This is the kind of wine that you can gobble up. The second half of the bottle is not bitter or pungent, and it seems to go down smoothly. It goes well with a meal. It's so good! I want to drink more Kangiku!
