A limited edition. This sake has the gaseous sensation of freshly pressed sake and a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits such as hassaku and dekopon. This junmai ginjo-shu is brewed with Yamae-Nishiki grown by the brewery itself. After fully enjoying its refreshing, full, delicate sweetness and umami, the taste tightens up. It is very easy to drink, yet has an exquisite balance of firmness and strength.
