ちのI chose it completely based on the label and it is delicious.
The aroma is between gorgeous and refreshing, and the taste is firm with acidity and woodiness. It is still refreshing for a wine that is 80 years old.
I paired it with shishamo (Japanese shishamo smelt) and it went very well with it. It also went well with green pepper stuffed with meat miso and scallop sashimi, making it an excellent food wine.
