Drinking at home in the evening.
I went through the company's drinking party splendidly and drank at home.
The second bottle was an aluminum can of Takashimizu's unfiltered
Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) in aluminum can. I haven't had it since about 5 years ago in the Tohoku Shinkansen.
I haven't had it since I drank it in the Shinkansen about 5 years ago.
When the bottle was opened, a hint of ginjo aroma appeared.
It is a refreshingly sweet and delicious sake, just like the first bottle I drank.
It is similar to the first bottle of SAKASEN EIKO Jun Daigin Unfiltered Nama.
It is similar to the first bottle of Shusen Eiko Jun Daigin Unfiltered Nama. It is delicious with simmered flounder
It was delicious with simmered flounder and stir-fried itadori (bitter gourd).
I enjoyed it with stewed flounder and stir-fried itadori (Japanese bitter gourd).
