つきたて
This is my first Yamato Shizuku. It has a nice summery label.
It has a juicy, dark flavor and acidity, and is quite drinkable. I felt it was a sake that would not be defeated by strong dishes.
It doesn't have the refreshing feeling of a summer sake, but it is delicious in its own way 😄.
