The brewery is Chiyozu Toraya Co. in Sagae, Yamagata Prefecture. As a Hanshin fan, the brewery name and label felt familiar to me. The fact that it was a dry hiyaoroshi suited my tastes perfectly. I also liked the fact that the sake is made with rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture.
