The aroma is refreshingly acidic. In the mouth, a clear and pleasant acidity spreads over the fresh mouthfeel. The umami spreads slowly from the depths of the acidity and disappears easily in the latter half of the saké.
It was a delicious sake with a good mouthfeel and acidity that is typical of mizu-hashiroshi.
