I noticed the "addition of water and heat" when I brought it home... I had high hopes for the temptation of Oumachi. Jacket value ... 5/10 I didn't buy it because of the jacket, but when I looked at it carefully, I realized it was cheap. Hue ... 12/20 The hue is a little bit too strong...I'll refrain from saying so...the smell is that of old sake...it even has a cheese smell...but the texture is too dry...you can still stick with it if the initial aroma is this good. Seiyo... 13/20 The texture is not unpleasant, but the astringency is not unpleasant at all. Turnover... 11/20 The chemical smell of old sake and the sugar water-like sweetness are strangely coexisting.
