KUROHIGE
It's a blissful holiday when I put the cherry blossoms I got from my friend who is a florist in the vase my daughter made, and have my favorite Hanayo-yoku while looking at them.
It's sweet and fruity like Hanayo-yoku, with a pine-like aroma and the tingling sensation of raw sake.
The aftertaste is a bit cleaner than the Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki I had before... but maybe that's just my impression.
