It has a fruity yet full aroma, a fine texture, elegant sweetness and a solid umami flavor, and a pleasant acidity and firm astringency to finish it off nicely. It is a very well-balanced and deep-flavored sake. It is a very pleasant and comfortable sake that penetrates into the body and becomes familiar, and is a supreme sake for me.
