Koshino Kanbae was born in the 30's and 40's, and I had a craving for it. I think it was a premium price for a bottle of Koshino Kanbae at that time. Now it's in a price range where you can buy it easily, thankfully! Today, I'm going to have a hot one (60 degrees Celsius). It has a well-balanced taste of sweetness and sharpness that goes great with oden. Of course, the snack of the day is oden! Best.
