ちーすけ
This sake was sold as a set with a certain rare Japanese whiskey. Inside the box, there is a description with a photo, which describes the sake's commitment to sake. It is also corked with a laminated cork, which is rare for sake. One of the features of the sake seems to be that it is organically grown. What surprised me was the aroma. It was not the usual fruity ginjo aroma, but rather a hint of grain? Straw? It smells like grain or straw. I am an amateur, so it is difficult to tell. (What is this? I've smelled it before. (I asked my friend and she said it smelled like foundation lol) But when you drink it, there is no tingling sensation at all, and you can drink it like water. It is made with Yamada-Nishiki and is a dry sake. It is very easy to drink and has a delicious taste, but the aroma may be different for different tastes. We paired it with a bowl of rice topped with salmon tataki. Thank you very much.
