It has been about a year since I drank a bottle at home.
I am curious about the taste of Gohyakumangoku since it was Yuyamanishiki.
The remaining amount was too small to give it the freshness of a fresh sake, but it had a nice, clean mouthfeel.
It has no corners, and the balance of umami and sweetness makes it easy to drink.
It went well with spicy Tsubasu fish.
