The specs suggest sweetness.
Try drinking it...
Not much of an aroma. Mild rice aroma.
There is a chirpy, gassy feeling.
The taste is more dry than medium, which is hard to believe for a sake level of -7.
It is not so sweet as to make you wonder if it is really -7. No, there is a sweetness in the back of the bottle.
It is strange.
It has a nice sharpness that makes it suitable for a mid-meal drink.
It has a little bit of alcohol, but you can also taste the umami.
