The aroma is subdued, and the acidity and bitterness in the mouthfeel are typical of Yukimi. The slight chili is still present, and the nama-zake character is pleasing. Overall, it is a medium-bodied sake, but the spiciness also shows up when it wears off. It is a good combination.
