It was a very tasty sake with juicy flavor in addition to sweetness and acidity 🍶.
It tasted good right after opening the bottle with a slight effervescence, but the acidity that lingered afterwards was too strong. The second day after opening the bottle, the acidity in the aftertaste rounded out and I liked it better.
