2022-18 Sorry I let you sleep on it.
I brought it home from the supermarket last year where it had been kept at room temperature for a reasonable price, and it has been kept at room temperature for a year. I wonder if it's OK even though it's not raw sake.
The first day, we started with cold sake. No problem! No twitching. Good. The lychee aroma is as if it were low alcohol, and the slight spiciness at the end may be due to the fact that it has been aged for a year. When warmed up to lukewarm, the spiciness disappeared and the thickness appeared. This is good.
The third day and onward, the quality of the sake is the same as on the first day, strong. Easy to drink, good to warm up, and versatile, but...I won't be repeating it.
First day: ★★★★
3rd day ★★★★
7th day ★★★★
