I don't know what kind of collaboration this is, but I bought a jackpot of alcohol.
It seems they used a special process for small batches, so it's expensive there.
There is no description, but it has a lactic acidity and milky aroma like muddy sake because it is slightly cloudy, and it is also very delicate and elegant!
The taste is surprisingly juicy, like muscat grapes, with a strong acidity, and quite refreshing for a muddy sake!

The milky texture is followed by a beautiful sweetness and umami of the rice, and the taste is gentle but firm with the flavor typical of nigiri-shu.
Not as impactful as the modern type, but a calm taste that is typical of sake.
I've had a lot of sake, so I honestly can't say I'm shocked by anything I haven't tasted before, but I can really feel the attention to detail that went into this sake, and I think it's a very good sake!
