A sparkling wine of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
It has a slight aroma of malted rice. It was a bit sizzling when I opened the bottle, but not so much that it overflowed.
Sweet and sour! Lemon squash.
The alcohol content is 7 degrees, so you can drink it in a gulp on a hot day!
By the way, the day we drank it was 40 degrees Celsius. ☀️
The bottom part of the bottle has some oli, which increases the bitterness as it mixes.
