The first Jyusui.
According to what I heard from the owner of the sake shop, this was the first time they served nigori sake as Jyusui.
Surprisingly, about half of the bottle is filled with ori.
It's not an active nigori, but I was worried that it might suddenly fizz and overflow when I opened the bottle.
I opened it with trepidation.
The aroma is alcoholic, but it also has a freshness to it.
The texture is fine and creamy.
And there is a little gas.
It's like drinking a Calpis sour.
It is so good that you can drink it easily without a snack.
