We found this sake at a liquor store and it was one of the best 3 sakes we had last year out of more than 100 different kinds of sake 👀I wonder how it will be this year ❓❓
Today's snacks were bonito tataki, hinepon, burdock root and lotus root salad🥗.
Now, when I open the bottle, a sweet fruity aroma comes in with a shuwashu, and it looks delicious this year too 🤤.
The first attack was a real shwash, and then came the dark sweetness and dark bitterness, which is the type of sake I like in the dark type!
I don't even remember what it tasted like last year, and I don't know if it's the same, but it's good again this year!
The price has gone up a bit, but in this day and age, they are conscientious about keeping it at this level✋.
I think it's one of the BEST 3 so far this year: ‼️
