This is my standard, Junmai Yamahai from Snow Kayasha.
It has a good balance of umami and a little bitterness. It has a beautiful junmai-like cohesiveness.
And it is a great value for money. I can't stop raving about it.
This normal Yamahai is the best than the last Hiyoroshi. I will buy this sake again and again!
