おたけI finally emptied the Gekkeikan test product, which had been warming up in the fridge! Fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple, with a thick sweetness. This is hard to believe that this is sake. Moreover, there is no lingering sensation in the back of the mouth, as is often the case with strong fruity sake, and the umami flavor makes it a good match for snacks. It is a well-made sake.
